This research integrates augmented reality technology into the development of e-book platforms, using human-centered concepts based on the interaction between e-books, people, and devices to present the N-I-N (Need-Interest-Necessity) model and improve the problems current e-book systems regarding inadequate interaction between human, machine, and environment. By comparing databases, users are provided with suggested reading lists or messages. Using the image superimposition systems of augmented reality, the multimedia content of e-books and user interaction is enhanced.

 

This system improves the methods of interaction between people and e-books, enhancing the integration of human, machine, and environment to achieve human-centered goals. Reading suggestions from reader devices expand the range of content users read, overcoming the passive restrictions of their existing knowledge and information regarding books that they encounter in their daily lives.  [other research]  [contact me]
